Full of rich, deep theory about vision and visualization, with lots of practical advice. The only reason I don't give it a five stars is that there are places where he is too cursory and absract to understand (but two places out of 400 pages is pretty good for an academic).

Colin James Farrell (born 31 May 1976) is an Irish actor. Farrell first appeared on the BBC drama Ballykissangel in 1998, made his film debut in the Tim Roth-directed drama The War Zone in 1999, and was discovered by Hollywood when Joel Schumacher cast him in the lead role in the war drama Tigerland in 2000. He then starred in Schumacher's psychological thriller Phone Booth (2002) and the American thrillers S.W.A.T.
