Summary and Info
I don't know of anyone who readily admits looking forward to meetings. In my experience they are usually tedious, unfocused, long and surprised if I come away with feeling productive or energized. I had a hard time putting this book down as I found the story not only insightful but also entertaining. If you're interested in learning how to make meetings more productive then this is a must read. The only challenge I see is getting everyone else in your company on board. However, it gives you the tools to be a difference maker by setting an example for others to follow. What have you got to lose besides the unproductive use of your time.
