Frank Isaac Spellman (born September 17, 1922) was an American weightlifter who set several Olympic records and earned a gold medal in 1948. Spellman has been elected to the United States Weightlifting Hall of Fame, the Helms (Amateur Athletic Federation) Hall of Fame and the Porterville Quarterback Hall of Fame.
